WEDDING BOOKING
Create a customised package by adding any extra features that you'd like for your special day
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A signed contract which will be provided before the commencement of the first booked session.
Bookings should be made at least two weeks (photo shoots), three weeks (events), or six months (weddings) prior to the desired date.
Full upfront payment for photo shoots and events is to be made in order for the booking to be complete. For wedding bookings, a non-refundable downpayment of 20% of the total package price is to be made in order to secure the booking and reserve the wedding date(s), and settlement of the 80% balance at least one month prior to the wedding. A customised payment plan will be provided.
Pricing of packages does not include a travel fee for sessions outside Nairobi. Venue charges, studio rental, and/or the crew’s entrance fees to photo shoot locations will be covered by the client.
When should I book my session?
For ease of planning, please make your bookings within the following time periods prior to the desired date:
Photo Shoots - Two Weeks
Events - Three Weeks
Weddings - Six Months
Where will I have my photo shoot? Will there be venue charges?
We will have your photo shoot at whatever location is convenient for you. The cost of the package you take only includes travel costs within Nairobi. A travel fee for sessions outside Nairobi will be added to the cost of the package picked.
Venue charges, studio rental, and entrance fees to photo shoot locations are not included in the cost of the package.
How do I book my session?
Please fill in the booking form on the Pricing page with all the relevant details and a quotation will be sent to you via email shortly after. Full upfront payment for photo shoots and events is to be made in order for the booking to be complete.

What should I wear to my shoot?
Wear outfits that you're comfortable and know you look absolutely amazing in. When you feel like you look good, it definitely shows!
If there's going to be more than one person in the shoot, make sure all your outfits are colour coordinated. Not necessarily the same colours; any colour combination that works together will be great, e.g. maroon and dark navy blue, or a colour theme like pastels, earth colours, shades of orange, etc.
